Derwent Morning

Nature has the ability to create many landscape scenes that beat the very best digital or painted artwork hands down. Blending the elements of the landscape with the weather, colours and environment, our world produces it’s own mesmerising images for our eyes to feast upon time and time again. This incredible photographic wall print features an old jetty leading out onto the still water of Derwentwater in Cumbria, home of the popular Lake District. With the summer sunlight beginning to rise it creates a wonderful warm glow to the Lakeland scene which appears very tranquil to the eye. The majestic mountains of the National Park loom in the distance, inviting us to explore them and the other lakes around Keswick. This print will enhance any room in your house or office, creating a sense of calm and solitude. It is available as a gallery wrapped canvas print, a glossy floating style acrylic print and even a fine-art poster.

Photography by Rick Bowden.

The lens in focus

“Life is like a camera. Just focus on what’s important and capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don’t work out, just take another shot.” — Unknown
