Insane Low Light Video Up To 402,000 ISO!!! Video Below...
You've Gotta Be Quicker Than That B&H!
Apparently, a video was put up in error a day early by B & H Photo showing the New Sony A7s III in all its glory. After watching the video, and despite the markings on the actual camera not showing the model, I am going to assume this is a pre-release model and that it is genuine.
Edit: The official announcement has now been made by Sony so I have swapped out the videos to show the official one. You can see Sony's video below along with the short Sony A7s III review from Philip Bloom.

If ever there has been a camera with the "most long awaited" status, it has to be this one! The Sony A7s II was part of a ground-breaking line of cameras from Sony that it built upon the insane low light capabilities of the original Sony A7s as shown in the short video "Now I See" by Philip Bloom below from 2014:

Conclusion
No-one can deny this is an amazing year for camera releases! The Sony A7s III is clearly a videomaker's camera as the sensor size remains at 12.1mp. This means that it can produce insanely good low light footage but still give excellent still image quality.
Personally, I don't think I would use the low light qualities of this camera enough to justify buying it over and above either the Canon EOS R5 or Panasonic S1H.
Still, this is going to make a lot of film-makers happy no doubt. Keep 'em coming camera world, as consumers, we're having a ball...if not too much choice!
