Surreal landscapes are not easy to capture! Clouds so low here produce a very interesting dreamlike effect, and the overall color palette makes it exquisitely beautiful.

I'm sure capturing such a clean wildlife composition is very hard! If you're wondering what the rule of thirds looks like, this is an excellent example.

Some folks might remember this one from a couple of POTW's ago, but it surely deserves a second look. The atmosphere in this photograph is quite hard to overlook, and it is perhaps one of my all-time favorite shots from Light Stalking!

Lines always contribute to the overall structure of a composition. They can add tension or tranquility to a shot. In this case, they add a sense of movement and deliver a pleasing experience to the eye.

What You Shouldn't Be Missing From The Light Stalking Community

Robert shared a photograph of the last rodeo season of the year. A young lady on her horse stole the show!

Anne shared a very fun link with us the other day featuring Comedy Wildlife finalists!

Erik notified us about Sony's recent announcement, apparently they've managed to make the world's smallest full-frame mirrorless camera. It is small, but not as small as Sigma's FP! But alright, we'll let Sony have it.

And Graham shared an interesting sign:

Rob posed a very interesting question the other day on stuff we dislike about our current cameras, so feel free to rant about yours here. Oh, and he also asked about Gurushots; honestly, this is quite new for me, but it deserves a look!

We'd Love To Hear Your Thoughts

Also, our Feedback Forum received some nice photographs, and is clear that some of you have started building a solid photography style. This is the right place for all those people that want to grow fast as photographers. This is possible thanks to valuable and positive feedback, which is perhaps the best way to hack the learning curve in photography.

Here you'll get your work critiqued by plenty of well-intended people, but you'll also have a chance to critique your peers. We truly believe in the power of criticism and feedback.

Many of our members have nurtured their own photographic knowledge by giving out elaborate critiques that go way beyond simple emoji based reactions or “nice shot” comments. Here are some of the most interesting shots shared during the last week:

The Shark Tank is a great place to learn and to discuss, so please read the instructions in order to get a better critique experience. Share your comments, opinions and doubts on any or all of the images above. We also will be delighted to see some of your own images. Don't be shy, critiques are given to photographs and not photographers. We'll be more than pleased to help you out; after all, we all are in love with photography. Also, don't forget to participate in our 505th challenge on Clouds!
