Ragnar Axelsson: Where the World is Melting

Ragnar Axelsson wurde 1958 in Island geboren. Er kennt das Leben im hohen Norden, aber auch die dramatischen Veränderungen von Landschaften und Lebensräumen durch den Klimawandel. Seit 40 Jahren dokumentiert er die Veränderung der physischen und traditionellen Realität in Ländern wie Nordkanada und Grönland, auf Island und den Färöerinseln und bei der indigenen Bevölkerung in Nordskandinavien und Sibirien.
