Als ich die Arbeiten von Rimel Neffati zum ersten Mal sah, zogen sie mich vom Fleck weg in ihren Bann. Sie erinnern mich an Kinder, die Verkleiden spielen mit Mutters Kleiderschrank und einer Kiste voller Karnevalskostüme. Doch dann betritt ein Hauch Boudoir die Bühne, gemeinsam mit einer surrealen Melancholie.
