Drawing Physiograms And Testing Generative Fill In Photoshop – Don’t Miss Our Latest Update

Week after week, we state that “photography has the power of lightening up our daily lives,”; and what a wonderful way of kick-starting our frantic routines by diving into some beautiful images in the comfort of our seats!

Here is our weekly wrap-up – you'll find finely curated photos from the general chit-chat blended with some creative shots from Tersha's 644th challenge on Draw Physiograms! And as you might have guessed by now, some worth-seeing shots from the Feedback Forum as well!

This time POTW goes to @rshattil and his collage of amazing physiograms!
I bet it was really hard to achieve such perfect physiograms – it requires a lot of patience and practice. I also love how colorful and sharp they are!
Congrats, @rshattil!

What Are Our Members Up To?

Pour some coffee or tea and enjoy our cherry-picked physiograms for this week! Which, by the way, has to do with the photographic study of patterns and movement from a suspended object. Awesome right?

Perfect variations of a particular theme, light swirls from pivoting in a fixed axis, of course. Can you spot the resemblance with galaxies up in the sky?

This came out as an interesting glitch in the Matrix; a really interesting abstraction for sure!

Playful and colorful, a delight to the eyes!

For a first attempt, this came out nicely indeed. An exquisite abstraction in a minimal layout, it almost feels like a graphic design of some sort!

We can all agree that this image deserves to be titled RGB, right? Great capture!

Wendy's favorite attempt, and we can see why… A gold physiogram is something we don't get to see every day!

What You Shouldn't Be Missing From The Light Stalking Community

Rob shared an experiment he did with Adobe's new AI-based generative fill tool; along with the image, a nice debate came about. Mind sharing your thoughts on this topic? Please, swing by and let us know!

Beth is going places with her figure photographs! She stacked up stormtroopers and carefully balanced the Predator on top. Light comes from a small source behind the assembly, and the atmosphere happens thanks to aerosol.

The Mobile Monday Challenge is open for sharing some shots! And if you want to see more shots, take a look at the Members Picks, a place where our community shares their favorite photographs from our forums every week.

We'd Love To Hear Your Thoughts

Also, our Feedback Forum got some nice pictures and it is clear that some of you have started building a solid photography style. This is the right place for all those people that want to grow fast as photographers.

Here, you'll get your work critiqued by plenty of well-intended people, but you'll also have the chance of critiquing your peers. We truly believe in the power of criticism and feedback. Here are some of the most interesting shots shared during the last week:

The Shark Tank is a great place to learn and discuss, so please read the instructions in order to get a better critique experience. Share your comments, opinions, and doubts on any or all of the images above. We also will be delighted to see some of your own images. Don't be shy, critiques are given to photographs and not photographers.

Also, don't forget to participate in our 645th challenge!

The lens in focus

“Life is like a camera. Just focus on what’s important and capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don’t work out, just take another shot.” — Unknown
