That’s why the people behind Kuvrd have you well…covered.
Such is the story of Kuvrd, a Kickstarter project aiming to raise enough funds to build a state-of-the-art universal waterproof and dustproof cap for your lens.
Constructed entirely out of silicon, Kuvrd fits to most any lens and protects it from the harsh elements that will damage it. The cover can stretch across lens sizes from 60 mm to 150 mm.
Not only that, Kuvrd will cover the front and the back of your lens which also gives it shock-proof protection from drops. When not in use, the lens cover can be easily and discreetly stored in the photographer’s wallet, pockets, bag, purse, or carrying case.
The universal lens cap is available to early backers of the Kickstarter project at a price of $30. The project has successfully funded itself as of writing and plans on shipping the lens covers beginning in March 2018.
